Important Points to Note

• It’s mandatory that you furnish your original passport/Emirates ID during the trip
• It’s mandatory that you keep a life jacket on as per UAE laws
• You may extend the duration of the trip after additional payment subject to availability
• You can’t bring along your pets on the cruise
• The number of persons you bring along for the cruise must not exceed the number mentioned during the booking
• This tour offers no option for private transfers. You can easily reach the place by public transport (taxis, metro, etc.)

The Booking Policy

• No charges shall be applied if the booking is canceled 24 hours before the cruise
• A 100% cancellation fee shall be charged if the booking’s canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled commencement of the cruise
• If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days

The Child Policy

• Children below the age of 3 years shall be considered children and allowed free access
• Children between 3 years and 10 years of age shall be considered children and charged at child rates
• Children above 10 years of age shall be considered adults and charged at adult rates
